Protein Profiling

ZeptoMARK Reverse Arrays provide broad insight into system response on compound action and e.g. disease mutation by profiling protein expression and activation over a choice of canonical pathways and in large sample sets.

• In target discovery and validation, a comprehensive description and understanding of the target can be achieved.

• In compound selectivity profiling and predictive toxicology, the response beyond the single marker allows detection of off-target effects at an earlier stage.

• Highly specific biomarkers can be identified when considering also the cellular pathway context.

Zeptosens' Protein Profiling Service delivers protein expression and pathway activation profiles of your selected makers for your lysate samples.

• In the planning phase of the study, Zeptosens’ cell biologists provide assistance in marker and antibody selection, as well as study design. An extensive list of validated antibodies is available for the ZeptoMARK Reverse Protein Array system.  If your marker is not yet on the list, your single-band Western Blot antibody has good chances to work for the ZeptoMARK Reverse Arrays.

• Lysate samples are prepared by customer; Zeptosens provides reagents and protocols.

• Lysates are spotted on ZeptoMARK Reverse Arrays at Zeptosens; Assays, readout and data analysis are performed by Zeptosens.

• Our customers receive the protein profiles for the sample set. Along with the primary data, a detailed report and guidance for data interpretation are provided by Zeptosens.
